By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital passes on অসম জাতিৰ খবৰ ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Digital Service Nature

The Platform publishes electronic digital editions of our printed newspapers. Purchases provide digital viewing rights within the web browser for the stated duration (24 hours for Daily Passes, 30 days for Monthly Subscriptions).

2. Guest Access & Token Responsibility

Access is delivered via browser cookies and emailed magic links. Users are responsible for safeguarding their private magic links and not publicly broadcasting them. We reserve the right to restrict abnormal high-concurrency traffic originating from a single token.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All editorial articles, photographs, illustrations, layout designs, and logos published in the ePaper are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Commercial reproduction, scraping, or mass redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed on our Subscription Plans page are in Indian National Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
