Thank you for subscribing to অসম জাতিৰ খবৰ. Because digital subscriptions and ePaper passes deliver immediate, full-resolution access to electronic publications upon payment confirmation, please carefully review our refund terms.

Non-Refundable Nature of Delivered Digital Content

Daily Pass and Monthly Subscription purchases are non-refundable once digital access has been generated and granted, as the digital goods are consumed immediately upon access.

1. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If your bank account, card, or UPI wallet was debited multiple times for a single order due to network glitches or duplicate submissions, the duplicate transaction will be completely refunded.

2. Failed-but-Charged Transactions

If payment was deducted from your account but our payment gateway failed to issue your access token due to connection dropouts, our automated reconciliation will detect the unfulfilled order. The amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay to the original payment source within 5 to 7 banking business days.

3. How to Request Assistance

For duplicate charge inquiries or refund status checks, please write to our support team at support@epaper.example.com with:

Your registered Email and Mobile number.
Razorpay Payment ID / Bank Reference Number.
Date and approximate time of the transaction.
